Accessibility Statement

Toronto’s Best IPTV wants every visitor in Ontario and across Canada to be able to browse our plans, setup guides and support pages. This statement explains what we do and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard

We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is also the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We aim to meet it, and we treat any gap as a bug to fix.

What we do

Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages in order.
Text alternatives on meaningful images and labels on icon-only buttons.
Keyboard access and visible focus outlines on links, buttons and forms.
Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body and interface text.
Tap targets sized for one-handed mobile use.
Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px wide.

Known limitations

Some third-party content — embedded analytics, hardware manufacturer material and articles served from external sources — is outside our direct control, and its accessibility may vary. Device apps such as MYTVOnline, SmartSTB or Cast4K are made by their own developers and follow their own accessibility practices.

GTA in-home setup is also available.
