Terms of Service: Toronto’s Best IPTV Subscription Policy
By subscribing to Toronto’s Best IPTV, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription
Your subscription provides access to the streaming platform for the duration paid (1, 6, or 12 months). It is non-transferable.
2. No auto-renewal
Plans do not auto-renew and we do not store your card on file for automatic billing. Each term (1, 6 or 12 months) is paid for once. When your term is close to ending we may send you a reminder, and you choose whether to renew.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share your credentials. Each subscription is licensed for the number of simultaneous devices you paid for. We may suspend an account when we see use that exceeds that limit — for example, the credentials streaming from more simultaneous connections than the plan allows, or from many different IP addresses or geographic regions in a short window, which normally indicates shared or resold credentials. Where practical we will contact you before suspending. You're responsible for complying with the laws and rights that apply where you live.
4. Activation
Activation is provided once per household. Repeated abuse of our refund policy using different details may result in declined service.
5. Refunds
See our 7-day refund policy.
6. Hardware
Boxes and remotes are sold as hardware only and do not include programming. Hardware carries the replacement warranty stated on the product page, covering manufacturing defects in normal use; it does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or loss.
7. Service availability
Service quality depends on the source, your device and your internet connection; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows may occur.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your right to bring a claim in the small claims court or consumer tribunal of your own province.
11. Resolving a dispute
Contact us first at info@torontobestiptv.ca or 416-989-3108 with your order details; we aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 15. If we cannot agree, either of us may propose mediation in Toronto before starting a court proceeding. Ontario customers may also contact Consumer Protection Ontario.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or text and apply from the date posted. Changes do not apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
