Every new customer can request a free 2-day trial before paying anything. Text 416-989-3108 and we'll set up a trial line — channels, sports and VOD included, with availability varying by package and location. One trial per household. After the trial, every paid plan is still covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase any paid plan (1 Month, 6 Months, or 12 Months) and are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 calendar days of payment, you may request a full refund of your payment.

How to request a refund

Message us by text at 416-989-3108 or email info@torontobestiptv.ca with your order details. We process refunds within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible. We may also decline a refund in these specific situations, which are the only ones we treat as abuse: a third or later refund requested by the same person, household, payment method, email address or phone number; a refund requested on a subscription obtained with false contact or payment details; or a chargeback filed before you contacted us and gave us a chance to fix the issue. We will tell you in writing which of these applies and why. Hardware is covered by its own return and warranty terms shown on the product page, not by this subscription refund policy.

Service availability

Service quality and availability depend on the source, your device and your internet connection. In the event of an extended outage attributable to us, we will credit your account or extend your subscription accordingly.
