Copyright & DMCA reporting

Toronto’s Best IPTV respects the rights of content owners. We are a reseller of third-party streaming access and hardware, and we do not host, record, encode or store any video content on our own infrastructure. If you believe material reachable through a service we resell infringes a copyright you own or represent, use the form below and our Canadian compliance team will review your notice within 48 hours.

48-hour review

Every notice is acknowledged by email within two business days.

Submit a copyright report

All fields are required. Filing a knowingly false report may carry legal consequences.

Privacy notice: the details you submit here (name, organisation, email, and the description of the work and complaint) are stored securely in our compliance records and used only to review and respond to your notice, and to forward it to the upstream provider where a takedown is required. Access is limited to our compliance team. We keep these records for 7 years so we can demonstrate consistent handling, then delete them. You can request access to or correction of your information at any time — see our privacy policy.

Submitting a Formal Counter-Notice

If content or a listing of yours was removed in error, send a counter-notice to info@torontobestiptv.ca including your contact details, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Counter-notices are reviewed on the same 48-hour schedule.
